「null²」が膜構造協会 第三回特別賞（EXPO2025）を受賞しました！ “null²” receives the 3rd Special Award (EXPO 2025) from the Membrane Structures Association of Japan
NOIZが建築設計を担当した「null²」が、膜構造協会の第三回特別賞（EXPO2025）を受賞しました。
本賞は、膜構造・膜材料等のさらなる普及と発展を目的として設けられた表彰制度で、第三回特別賞は大阪・関西万博の仮設施設を対象としたものです。
「null²」は、本パビリオンのために開発された鏡面膜材の新規性と、その鏡面がもたらす独自の視覚体験に加え、構造・ジオメトリの解析や高い施工精度など、幅広い視点で評価いただきました。

We are pleased to announce that “null²,” for which NOIZ was responsible for the architectural design, has received the 3rd Special Award (EXPO 2025) from the Membrane Structures Association of Japan.
This award program was established to promote the further development and wider adoption of membrane structures and membrane materials. The 3rd Special Award specifically recognizes temporary facilities created for Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan.
“null²” was recognized for the innovation of the mirror-finish membrane material developed specifically for the pavilion and the unique visual experience it creates, as well as for its structural and geometrical analysis and the high level of precision achieved during construction.
