仕事内容 Job description

主に建築・インテリアプロジェクトのプロジェクトリーダーとして、デザイン・設計監理のほか、クライアントや関係者とのコミュニケーション、スケジュール管理等を行う Primarily as a project leader for architectural and interior projects, responsible for design, design supervision, communication with clients and stakeholders, schedule management, etc.

経験・資格 Experience/Qualifications

・ 建築設計実務経験年数5年程度以上、CADの基本的な扱い
・ Rhinocerosのスキルがある方は優遇
・ Minimum 5 years of practical experience in architectural design, with basic CAD skills.
・ Candidates with Rhinoceros skills are preferred.

・ フルタイムもしくは週3日程度以上のパートタイム ・ Full-time employee or contract worker

給与 Salary

・35万／月(フルタイムの場合)～ / 技能および経験に応じて要相談 ・ 350,000/month (full-time) or negotiable based on skills and experience

経験・資格 Experience/Qualifications

・ 建築系の専門課程を修了 / 建築設計事務所において4年以下の設計実務経験

模型やパソコン作業などでプロジェクトの業務補佐を行う Assist with project tasks such as model making and computer work.

・定期的に3日／週程度以上で勤務できる方、もしくは1-2ヶ月集中して勤務できる方 ・Able to work regularly for at least 3 days per week or able to work intensively for 1-2 months.
