交通インフラと都市の消費および生産シミュレーション。震災の短期的なインフラのダメージとその理想的な応急対応、もしくは長期的に一定のインフラをベースにした、各都市の消費や生産の適正値や必要な調整などのシミュレーションを行う。
This program simulates an effective emergency patchwork of traffic networks as well as long-term optimization of related parameters such as population,production, traffic capacity, etc.
